407例巨大儿影响因素分析与护理对策

目的：分析巨大儿发生的危险因素,采取相应的护理对策,减少母婴并发症。方法：选择出生体重≥4000g的新生儿407例作为观察组,随机选择出生体重〈4000g的407例新生儿作为对照组进行分析。结果：观察组产妇的平均身高、体重、孕周明显高于对照组,两组产妇的年龄无明显差异;经产妇发生巨大儿的机率明显高于对照组;观察组男性胎儿的发生率明显高于对照组。并且巨大儿组手术分娩率明显高于对照组。结论：孕妇的身高、体重、孕次、产次、孕周、新生儿性别与巨大儿发生有关。

Analysis of Effect Factors and Nursing Strategy of 407 Giant Infant

Objective：Analysis of huge infant risk factors,and the appropriate nursing strategy to reduce maternal and infant complications.Methods：selected birth weight ≥ 4000g in 407 cases of newborns as a observation group ,randomly selected birth weight 〈 4000g in 407 cases of newborns as a control group for analysis.Results：the observation group of maternal average height,weight,gestational age were higher than that of control group,two groups of maternal age has no obvious difference,.The chances of giant infant for pluripara and male giant infant were significantly higher than control group,and so the incidence of cesarean section was.Conclusion：the pregnant height,weight,progesterone times,parity gestational weeks and newborn gestational gender are related to the occurrence of giant infant.
