2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患病率及其相关危险因素分析

目的：探讨2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患病率及其相关危险因素。方法：对856例在本院就诊的糖尿病患者进行并周围神经病变患病率及其相关危险因素回顾性分析。结果：2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患病率为36.9%,其中,男为47.5%,女为52.5%,新诊断2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患病率为21.0%。结论：病程、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇是2型糖尿病并周围神经病变的相关危险因素。

Analysis of type 2 diabetes and peripheral neuropathy prevalence rate and the related risk factors

Objective: To explore the prevalence of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and risk factors. Methods:Analyzed retrospectively prevalence of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and risk factors through the clinical data of 856 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital. Results: The prevalence of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy was 36.9%, and the male was 47.5%, while the female 52.5%, the new diagnosis prevalence of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy was 21.0%. Conclusion: It found that the risk factors of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy are as flows, the course of disease, fasting blood sugar, two hours after a meal blood sugar glycosylated hemoglobin, total serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein.
