康妇炎胶囊配合甲硝唑灌肠治疗盆腔炎临床观察

目的：对采用康妇炎胶囊与甲硝唑灌肠法联合的方法对患有盆腔炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行比较观察。方法：抽取在本院就诊的88例患有盆腔炎的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组各44例。A组患者采用左氧氟沙星片进行治疗;B组患者采用康妇炎胶囊与甲硝唑灌肠法联合进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果：B组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于A组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;该组患者在治疗时出现并发症和不良反应现象的人数明显少于A组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者在用药过程中均没有出现特殊的并发症和不良反应现象,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：用康妇炎胶囊与甲硝唑灌肠法联合的方法对患有盆腔炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果令人满意,具有安全可靠、治疗彻底、标本兼治的效果,且患者不会出现特殊的并发症和不良反应现象。

Clinical observation of treating pelvic inflammation by Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Metronidazole enema

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating pelvic inflammation between the methods of using Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Metronidazole enema. Methods: Eighty eight patients with pelvic inflammation were picked from our hospital and divided into group A and B, both with 44 cases. The group A was treated by levofloxacin Tablets, and the group B by Kangfuyan capsules Combined with metronidazole enema. The comparative analysis were carried on to the clinical treatment effect, complication and adverse reaction of both groups. Results: The clinical treatment effect of group B was superior to group A, and with obvious statistical difference (P<0.05). The complication and adverse reaction of group B were less than that of group A, with obvious statistical difference (P<0.05). And there was no special complications or adverse reaction of the patients in both groups, with inconspicuous statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of treating patients with pelvic inflammation by Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Metronidazole enema is satisfactory. And it has an effect of safety, reliability, thorough treatment and treating both the symptoms and root causes without special complications or adverse reaction.
