心内科新上岗护士培训方法探讨

摘    要:为了促进心内科新上岗护士尽快进入工作角色,采取有针对性的岗位培训,包括护理道德素养教育、护理服务礼仪与修养、护理规章制度、岗位职责、护理基本技术操作培训、专科护理知识培训、专科技术操作培训及常用仪器设备培训等内容。通过正规培训,有效地培养了护士良好的道德修养和职业礼仪形象,培养了护士基础护理和专科护理水平,使她们很快具有独立胜任工作的能力,能帮助患者尽快恢复健康。

Abstract:In order to promote new nurses in cardiology medical department accommodate work role as quickly as possible, we adopt position training method pointed references, include moral accomplishment education, etiquette and self-cultivation, rules and regulations, position statement, training of basic technical operation, knowledge training of specific nursing, training of specific technical operation and training of commonly usedinstrument etc.. Through regular training, nurses were trained good moral culture and occupational civility effectively, and they were trained basic nursing and levels of specific nursing, every nurse can work indepently, help patients recuperate as quickly as possible.
