| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨在西医常规治疗上加服二陈汤剂治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加服二陈汤剂,对比两组的总有效率及住院时间。结果：2个疗程后,对照组总有效率为60.0%,观察组总有效率为95.0%;对照组平均住院时间为（13.0±4.8）d,治疗组为（10.0±5.5）d,两组相比差异具有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎奏理气化痰、健脾化湿、平喘之功效,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Erchen decoction in addition to conventional western therapy in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly assigned to control and observation group. Control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment and in addition to that the observation group was given Erchen decoction. Total effective rate and hospital stay of the two groups were compared. Results: After 2 treatment sessions, total effective rate was 60.0% in the control group and 95.0% in the observation group; and average length of hospital stay was (13.0±4.8) d in the control group and (10.0±5.5) d in the treatment group. There were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine chronic asthmatic bronchitis soothe Qi, reduce phlegm, invigorate the spleen, reduce dampness and relieve asthma, thus is worthy of clinical application. |
