变应原过筛试验和血清总IgE检测在变应性鼻炎病因诊断中的应用(附80例检测报告)

目的探讨变应原过筛试验（吸入性phadiatop与食物性fx5E）和血清总IgE（TIgE）检测对变应性鼻炎诊断的意义.方法应用UniCAP-100E System对80例变应性鼻炎患者（实验组）及20名健康者（对照组）均进行了变应原过筛试验和血清TIgE检测.结果变应原过筛试验和血清TIgE的阳性率分别为90%、75%,灵敏度分别为0.90、0.75,特异度分别为0.95、0.75,准确度分别为0.85、0.50.结论变应原过筛试验和血清TIgE一起检测,可作为变应性鼻炎病因诊断灵敏、可靠,行之有效的方法.

Diagnostic role of pathogeny by screening tests on allergens and detection of serum allergen-total IgE for allergic rhinitis

Objective To explore the significance of screening tests on allergens (absorbable phadiatop and edible fx5E) and detection of serum allergen-total IgE(TIgE) for allergic rhinitis. Methods By using UniCAP-100E System to conduct screening tests and serum TIgE on 80 cases of allergic rhinitis (experimental group) and 20 healthy subjects (control group). Results The positive rate of screening tests and serum TIgE are 90% and 75% respectively; rates of sensitivity, 0.90 and 0.75; rates of diathesis, 0.95 and 0.75 and the rates of accuracy, 0.85 and 0.50. Conclusions Screening tests on allergens in combination with detection of serum TIgE may be a sensitive, reliable and effective way for the diagnose of allergic rhinitis.
