| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腔内隔绝术治疗主动脉夹层的围术期护理体会。方法：回顾分析2000年4月～2008年10月共107例主动脉夹层行腔内隔绝术的围术期护理。结果：107例均成功植入主动脉带膜支架，除3例死亡外，其余104例均痊愈出院，无护理相关并发症的发生。结论：腔内隔绝术系微刨手术，适应范围广，加强围术期护理，可促使手术顺利成功实施。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the perioperativc nursing progress for 107 cases patients with the endovascaular exclusion in ant＇tic dissection. Methods： Perioperative nursing of 107 cases patients with the endovascacular exclusion were analyzed retrospectively from Apr. 2000 to Oct. 2008. Conclusion：Endovascular dissection is a mini -traumatic operation and wide orientation scope,careful pefioperative nursing can guarantee the successful operation. |
