正交试验优选复方JTL胶囊的煎煮提取工艺

摘    要:
目的优选复方JTL胶囊煎煮提取工艺的最佳工艺条件。方法以浸膏中葛根素的含量为指标,用高效液相色谱测定,采用L9(34)正交试验优选煎煮工艺。结果正交试验所得的最佳工艺条件为A3B3C3,选取符合生产实际的A2B2C2组合,两组同时进行工艺验证,比较结果表明A2B2C2组合与A3B3C3组合提取率相当。结论选取符合生产实际的A2B2C2组合作为加热回流的工艺条件,即分别用10倍量和8倍量水煎煮药材2次,每次2h。

Abstract:
