上海市外来人口婴幼儿喂养方法和安全行为教育评价

目的通过健康教育促进上海市徐；12区凌云社区外来人口的婴幼儿喂养水平和幼儿安全意识提高。方法在徐汇区凌云社区的外来人口婴幼儿中随机抽取50名。测量身高和体重并采用自行设计调查表对家长的喂养和安全知识进行基线调查．开展健康教育及行为指导．采用SPSS11．0统计方法对干预前后认知程度处理与分析。结果家长的喂养知识和安全知识水平干预前后有显著差异（X^2=71．37，P〈O．001；X^2=18．26，P〈O．001），婴幼儿的体重增长差异有显著性（X^2=11．39，P〈O．05）。结论通过儿保门诊的健康教育和系统干预，可以提高外来人口的婴幼儿喂养知识水平和婴幼儿安全知识水平．改善与保证婴幼儿的体格生长及人身安全。

Evaluation of the Education About Infant and Young Child Feeding Way and Safe Behavior for Non-native Population in Shanghai

OBJECTIVE To promote levels of infant and young child feeding and child safety awareness in non-native population in Lingyun Areas in Xuhui District, Shanghai through health education.METHODS Measure height and weight of 50 infants and young children randomly selected from Areas of Xuhui District Lingyun District; Using self-designed questionnaire for parents to feed and safety knowledge baseline survey, and give the parents health education and behavioral guidance. Using SPSS 11.0 statistical software, analysis the degree of cognitive before and after the intervention.RESULTS Before and after the intervention the knowledges of infant and young child feeding and safety in parents were significantly different （X^2=71.37, P〈0.001 ;X^2=18.26, P〈0.001 ）. The increase in infant weight difference was significant （X^2=11.39, P〈0.05） .CONCLUSION The out-patient children＇s health education and system intervention can improve the population＇s level of infant and young child feeding and safety knowledge, and to ensure to improve infants and young children the physical growth and personal safety.
