人咬肌肌内神经的分布及临床意义

目的查清人咬肌肌内神经的分支及分布形式,为探索人咬肌神经肌肉移植提供重要的形态学依据.方法对10侧人咬肌的肌内神经进行改良Sihler氏神经染色观察.结果经改良Sihler氏神经染色的咬肌神经呈紫黑色,入肌后分出三个初级分支,分别支配咬肌的浅、中、深三层肌纤维,支配咬肌浅层的神经支较粗、较长;神经分支在肌内与肌纤维成一定的角度走行,并逐级分出若干次级分支.结论人咬肌肌内神经有三个初级分支,分别支配咬肌的三层肌纤维,其分布形式与肌构筑有关.

Distribution of intramuscular nerves in human masseter and its clinical application

Objective To find out the distribution features of intramuscular neveres in human masseter and provide morphologic basic for neuromuscular transfer. Methods The branch patterns and distributions of the intramuscular nerves were observed for ten human masseter by sihler's neural staining. Results The never branches stained show violet-black.After entering muscle ,the nerve trunk divided into three primary branches toward masseter superficial,medial and deep fibers,these branches then subdivided into numberous arboroid second and terminal branches,which ran across the muscle fibres in an oblique direction. Conclusion There are three primary nerve branches of innervating masseter,the distribution-style of masseter intramuscular nerves was relation to muscle fibre-type.
