深圳特区8770例新生儿DPOAE听力筛查结果分析

目的了解诱发性畸变产物耳声发射法（DPOAE）听力筛查在本地区的应用价值及筛查阳性率。方法用DPOAE仪测试出生后3～5d的新生儿（初筛）,未通过者于30～42d进行复筛。复筛未通过者转诊进行诊断性检查。结果 8770例正常足月新生儿听力初筛的通过率为86.00%,1218例（14.00%）未通过。692例于生后30d复筛,555例（80.20%）通过复筛,未通过的137例（1.56%）进行了转诊。15例（0.17%）被诊断听力损失。结论 DPOAE法听力筛查筛查效果良好。应加强听力筛查宣教,以提高复筛率。

Analysis of Evoked DPOAE for Hearing Scrreening Test in 8 770 Newborns in Shenzhen

Objective To investigate the value of distortion product otoacoustic emission（DPOAE）in newborn hearing screening and rate of passing the screening in the region.Methods The newborns were screened by DPOAE within their first 2 to 4 days.Those newborns who did not pass the first screening will receive the second hearing screening at 30-42 day old,and should be referred to the center of auditory assessments if he still can not pass the examination.Results The rate of 8 770 full-term newborns passing first hearing screening was 86.0%,and 1218 cases（14.0%）failed.692 of 1 218 cases received the second screening on the 30 to 42 d after birth,and 137（1.8%）of them（1.56%）still can not pass the examination.15 of 137 cases were diagnosed as hearing loss（0.17%）.Conclusion The efficacy of DPOAE screening is satisfactory.It is necessary to enhance management and education towards public in order to improve rates of screening and follow-up.
