| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨健脾益智法治疗多发梗塞性痴呆(MID)的作用机制。[方法]运用灌服小承气汤以及栓子注入的方法制作MID大鼠模型,检测比较各组大鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。[结果]中药组大鼠脑组织中AchE活性明显降低,与手术组比较差异非常显著(P0.01),与假手术组及西药组比较差异显著(P0.05)。[结论]健脾益智法可以明显降低大鼠脑组织中AchE活性,从而改善中枢胆碱能神经系统的功能,起到治疗MID的目的。 |
