老年住院患者跌倒原因分析及护理对策

目的探讨老年患者住院期间跌倒的常见原因,制定相应的预防护理对策。方法应用自行设计的调查表通过回顾性调查3年中本病区跌倒患者的各种记录,收集跌倒患者的一般资料、跌倒的危险因素、跌倒发生时相关情况、跌倒后果等。结果本调查中有11人跌倒,其中男9例,女2例,年龄79.7±6.2岁,过去1年有跌倒史的4例,脑卒中后遗症致偏瘫1例。跌倒多数发生在室内,其次为厕所,时间分散,但多数集中在早上6：00-7：30、中午11：00-14：00和夜间1：30-2：00。2例患者发生损伤,平均住院日为28.5 d。结论老年病人跌倒原因复杂,年龄、疾病、药物、心理、跌倒史等因素均有重要影响,护理中要做好高危人群的评估和健康宣教,为患者提供安全的住院环境。

The common cause of development and appropriate preventive care measures about the elderly patients fell during hospitalization

Objective To study the common cause of development and appropriate preventive care measures about the elderly patients fell during hospitalization. Methods The self-designed questionnaire by reviewing the survey three years,falling in patients with a variety of stupid ward records,collect general information on patient falls,fall risk factors,fall occurs,the relevant circumstances,falls consequences. Results There were 11 falls,including 9 males and 2 females,aged 79.7±6.2 years,over the past year fall history 4.1 case of stroke-induced hemiplegia.Most falls occurred in the room,followed by the toilet,the time spread,but mostly concentrated in the morning and 6：00-7：30,11：00-14：00 noon,and night 1：30-2：00.2 cases occurred in patients with injury,The average hospital stay was 28.5 days. Conclusion Elderly patients with complex causes a fall,age,disease,drugs,psychology,falls history and other factors have a significant impact,care and do a good job in the assessment of high-risk groups and health missionary,critically ill patients to provide a safe hospital environment.
