海水中肢体火器伤伤道自然愈合的形态学变化

摘    要:目的观察海水中肢体火器伤伤道自然愈合的特点,为模拟实际海战火器伤救治方案和措施制定提供实验依据。方法将9只普通级比格犬分为海水中致伤组(n=6)和地面致伤组(n=3);海水组于海水中枪击伤后救出,伤后6、12、24h和7、14、28d伤道组织取材,大体观察,HE染色,观察伤道自然愈合的特点。地面组为对照组。结果海水中火器伤伤后伤道内出血、伤道肉芽组织、胶原纤维、纤维细胞较地面对照组减少;局部组织炎性细胞浸润、组织水肿程度明显比对照组严重;伤道自然愈合时间较对照组滞后,完全闭合时间长达100d。结论海水中火器伤伤道自然愈合过程中修复组织、修复细胞出现时间明显延迟,感染时间提前且严重。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the morpho tract of the limb in dogs after gunshot in the sea, logic and al changes of natural-healing process in the wound to offer experimental reference data for improvement of the treatment for firearm wound caused in the sea. Methods Nine conventional Beagles dog models of gunshot wound in seawater were established. The other three dogs receiving the wound on land without seawater immersion served as control. Gross and histopathological examinations of the wound tract were performed at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 7 d, 14 d, 28 d after the gunshot, respectively. Results There were less hemorrhage, granulation tissue, collagen fiber, amount of fibrocytes in the firearm wound tract formed in the sea than that in the wound caused on the land. The dogs wounded in seawater suffered more severeinflammatory cell infiltration, and tissue edema around the wound. The healing process in the dogs woun- ded in the sea was considerably prolonged in comparison with that in the dogs wounded on the land. The wound was not completely healed up to 100 days after the gunshot. Conclusions More severe and early infection occurs in dogs undergoing gunshot in seawater, the cellular and tissue repairing appear later, and the healing process is prolonged in comparisons with those wounded on the land.
