葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

为观察葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。 75例患者随机分为两组 ,对照组 ( 35例 )常规给予阿司匹林、消心痛、极化液 ;治疗组 ( 4 0例 )在对照组治疗基础上加用葛根素注射液静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程均为 2周。结果 :治疗组心绞痛总有效率 93 1% ,心电图改善总有效率82 8% ,对照组心绞痛总有效率 6 5 5 % ,心电图改善总有效率 5 1 7% ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。提示葛根素注射液能显著提高冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical Observation of Puerarin in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

To observe the clinical effects of puerarin in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, 75 cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 35 cases were treated by aspirin and isosorbide dinitrate, and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by intravenous infusion of puerarin plus aspirin and isosorbide dinitrate, with a course of two weeks. Results: In treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.1% in relieving angina and 82.2% in improving electrocardiogram; in control group, the total effective rate was 65.5% in relieving angina and 51.7% in improving electrocardiogram, with significant differences between the relevant rates ( P <0.01). It is revealed that puerarin can enhance the clinical effects of routine treatment for angina pectoris.
