急性脑梗死患者血压与其预后的关系研究

目的研究急性脑梗死患者血压与其预后的关系,总结经验,为治疗急性脑梗死患者的血压控制提供参考。方法将2008年9月—2012年3月期间收治的182例急性脑梗死患者按照平均动脉压分为低血压组,正常血压组,轻度高血压组和重度高血压组,观察并比较4组患者的危险因素和预后。结果正常血压组、轻度高血压组的纤维蛋白原、C-反应蛋白、血沉以及血糖等指标的异常例数低于低血压组、重度高血压组。正常血压组、轻度高血压组出院时的NIHSS评分和BI评分均较入院时显著好转,而低血压组、重度高血压组有所改善,但与入院时无显著差异,正常血压组、轻度高血压组患者出院时的NIHSS评分和BI评分情况均显著优于低血压组、重度高血压组。结论急性脑梗死患者血压过低或过高均可导致出现多种危险因素,且预后不良。

Relationship between blood pressure and its prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the relationship between blood pressure and its prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction in order to provide references for blood pressure control.Methods 182 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into hypotension group,normal blood pressure group,mild hypertension group and severe hypertension group according to the mean arterial pressure.Risk factors and prognosis of 4 groups were observed.Results Fibrinogen,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and blood glucose index in normal blood pressure group and mild hypertension group were lower than hypotension group and severe hypertension group.Discharged NIHSS and BI scores in normal blood pressure group and mild hypertension group were better than those before hospitalization,while the hypotension group and severe hypertension group improved,but admission was no significant difference,and discharged NIHSS score and BI scores in normal blood pressure group and mild hypertension group were better than hypotension group and severe hypertension group.Conclusion Low or high blood pressure in patients with acute cerebral infarction can lead to a variety of risk factors and poor prognosis.
