平板数字减影血管造影在下肢静脉造影中的应用

目的探讨平板数字减影血管造影(DSA)在下肢静脉造影诊断下肢静脉病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析行平板DSA下肢静脉造影的126例(154侧肢体)患者的临床资料。结果正常下肢静脉10例(7.9%),深静脉血栓形成15例(11.9%),髂静脉压迫综合征6例(4.8%),交通静脉瓣膜功能不全45例(35.7%),深静脉瓣膜功能不全50例(39.7%),各种病变均有特征性的造影表现,易于区别,且均无不良反应。结论采用平板DSA进行下肢静脉造影能够清晰显示下肢静脉病变,对于诊断下肢静脉病变具有重要的临床意义与应用价值。

Application of flat digital subtraction angiography in lower limb vein angiography

Objective To explore the application value of flat digital subtraction angiography(DSA) in the diagnosis of lower limb vein disease by lower limb vein angiograph.Methods Clinical data of 126 patients(154 sides) with flat DSA lower limb vein angiograph were retrospectively analyzed.Results 10 cases(7.9%) showed normal venous,15 cases(11.9%) showed deep vein thrombosis,6 cases(4.8%) showed iliac vein compression syndrome,45 cases(35.7%) showed traffic vein valve insufficiency,and 50 cases(39.7%) showed deep vein valve insufficiency.All kinds of pathological changes have the characteristic imaging performance,and were easy to distinction without adverse reaction.Conclusion The flat panel DSA for lower limb vein angiography can clearly display lower limb venous disease,and has important clinical significance and application value in diagnosis of lower limb venous disease.
