晶状体溶解性青光眼临床分析

目的：探讨晶状体溶解性青光眼的病因、临床特征、诊断和处理方法。方法：对我院11例（11只眼）住院治疗的晶状体溶解性青光眼病例进行分析。11例患者均系老年人，均有长期白内障病史．其中2例曾做过针拨术．无青光眼病史。起病突然，眼压升高．降眼压药物治疗眼压均不能控制。其中5例行白内障囊内摘除加前房冲洗术：4例行白内障囊外摘除加前房冲洗术：2例白内障针拨术后患者行晶状体捞出加前房冲洗术。结果：11例患者术后眼压均控制在1．2～1．94kPa（9-14．55mmHg），视力恢复情况：指数／20cm者4例，矫正视力在0．1～0．4者7例。结论：该病为目前临床上独立存在的继发性、急性开角型青光眼，尽早摘除混浊晶状体是本病治疗及预防的唯一方法。

Clinical analysis of phacolytic glaucoma

Objective:To discuss the etiology,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of phacolytic glaucoma.Methods:Eleven patients in this hospital(11 eyes)with phacolytic glaucoma were analyzed.All of the 11 cases were elderly patients,with a long history of cataract.Two cases of them experienced couching of lens,with no previous history of glaucoma.The clinical features were sudden onset,the elevation of intraocular pressure and intraocular pressure can not be well-controlled by anti-pressure medication.Five cases were treated by intracapsular cataract extraction and flushing of the anterior chamber;four cases were treated by extracapsular cataract extraction and flushing of the anterior chamber;two cases with previous couching of lens were treated by lens removal and flushing of the anterior chamber.Results:Intraocular pressure of all 11 cases of patients was controlled within range of 1.2-1.94 kPa(9-14.55mmHg).Eyesight recovery:finger perception / 20 cm in 4 cases,0.1-0.4 corrected visual acuity in 7 cases.Conclusion:This disease currently is classified as a type of secondary,acute angle-open glaucoma.Removal of opacified lens is the only way for treatment and prevention of this disease.
