| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种准确、灵敏、简便、快捷的测定人胃液中VitC含量的方法,为应用VitC防治消化性溃疡提供参数依据。方法采用紫外光谱标准加入法,在245 nm波长处测定各组胃液中VitC的含量。结果工作曲线线性良好,回收率为99.53%,标准偏差为0.59%。结论该法能消除基质的干扰,而且准确、灵敏、简便、快捷。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an accurate, sensitive, simple and quick determination method of vitamin C in human＇ s gastric juice. Provide the basis of the parameters of the high dose of vitamin C to eliminate the free radicals produced by Helicobacter pylori in stomach and to prevent and treat peptic ulcer. Methods Standard addition method under the ultraviolet spectra was designed. The concent of vitamin C in gastric juice was determined in each group at 245nm. Results Work curve＇s Linear is good. Recovery was 99.53%,RSD was 0.59%. Conclusion The method can eliminate the interference of the matrix, this is an accurate, sensitive, simple and quick method. |
