| 摘 要： | 目的 评价针刺治疗肠易激综合征的疗效.方法将54例肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例,治疗组予针刺脾俞、肝俞、肾俞、大肠俞24次,对照组予口服匹维溴胺8周.结果治疗组在降低腹泻、腹痛、精神心理问题积分方面均较对照组明显,治疗上述症状的有效率分别88.5%,91.7%,80.0%.结论针刺治疗肠易激综合征疗效确切. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture on diarrheogenic irritable bowel syndrome. Method The patients with diarrheogenic irritable bowel syndrome (n=54) were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group (each n=27). The treatment group was treated with acupuncture in the acupoint of BL18, BL20, BL23 and BL25 for 24 times. The control group was given pinaverium bromidel orally for 8 weeks. Result The integrals of diarrhea, abdominal pain, spiritual and mental problems were decreased more significantly in the treatment group than those in the control group. The effective rates of above symptoms were 88.5 %, 91.7 % and 80.0 % respectively. Conclusion Acupuncture has a definite effect on diarrheogenic irritable bowel syndrome. |
