母婴分离初产妇心理健康状况与社会支持的相关性研究

目的 探讨母婴分离初产妇的心理健康状况、社会支持以及两者的关系.方法 采用肖水源等编制的社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对100例母婴分离初产妇进行问卷调查.结果 母婴分离初产妇的SCL-90总分及各因子分均高于母婴同室初产妇,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;SCL-90总分及各因子得分均与社会支持总分呈负相关（P＜0.05）.强迫、抑郁、恐怖和症状附加与客观支持呈负相关（P＜0.05）,主观支持与SCL-90总分及各因子得分呈负相关（P＜0.01）.结论 母婴分离初产妇获得的社会支持越低,其心理健康状况越差,且主观支持比客观支持更有意义.

Association study between social support and mental health status of primiparas in mother-to-child separation

Objective To explore the relationship between social support and mental health status of primiparas in mother-to-child separation.Methods The 100 primiparas in mother-to-child separation were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS).All the data were negatively correlated with the social support of the primiparas in mother-to-child separation (P＜0.05).The scores of subjective support were negatively correlated with the scores of SCL-90 and the scores of obsession,depression,fear,and additional factors (P＜0.05).Conclusions For primiparas in mother-to-child separation,the lower social support received,the worse mental health status is.And subjective support is more meaningful than objective support.
