复方玄驹胶囊对Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的疗效探讨

目的观测复方玄驹胶囊对Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍（ED）的临床疗效。方法选择伴有性功能障碍的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者198例，将患者分为对照组（105例）及治疗组（93例）。对照组口服左氧氟沙星0．2g，每天2次，连续服用4周；口服甲磺酸多沙唑嗪2mg，每晚1次，连续服用2个月。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上，同时口服复方玄驹胶囊3粒，每天3次，连续服用2个月。采用慢性前列腺炎症状指数（NIH—CPSI）评分、国际勃起功能指数问卷5（IIEF-5）评分进行治疗前后疗效比较。结果所有患者均无严重不良反应出现，能坚持服药。治疗后2个月重新评分，对照组NIH—CPSI（17．1±5．4）分，较治疗前（24．8±4．9）分显著改善（P〈0．05）；IIEF-5（12．9±5．1）分，较治疗前（11．7±4．7）分有所增加，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组NIH—CPSI（13．3±5．6）分，IIEF-5（17．6±6．3）分，与治疗前比较，均改善显著（P〈0．05）。对照组ED总有效率21．0％，治疗组ED总有效率75．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方玄驹胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎伴发ED，既可明显改善慢性前列腺炎症状，同时对伴发的ED也有较好的疗效，无严重不良反应。

Therapeutic efficacy of compound Xuanju capsule on type - III prostatitis - related erectile dysfunction

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of compound Xuanju capsule on the treatment of type - m prostatitis - related erectile dysfunction. Methods 198 type - III prnstatitis patients with sexual dysfunction diagnosed by NIH clinical criteria were randomly divided into a control （ n = 105 ） and a treatment group （ n = 93 ）. The former group were treated with oral levofloxacin 0.2g b/d for 4 weeks and oral doxazosin mesylate at 2 rng qn for 2 months ,and the latter group plus with oral Compound Xuanju Capsule once 3 capsules rid for 2 months. The therapeutic results were analyzed based on the NIH - Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （ NIH- CPSI） and the International Index of Erectile Function （ IIEF - 5）, and the baseline data were compared between the two groups. Results None of the patients had serious medication - related adverse reactions. After treatment, the control group showed significantly decreased on NIH - CPSI scores and slightly increased on IIEF -5 scores compared with the baseline （ 17.1 ±5.4 vs. 24.8 ±4.9,P 〈 0.05 and 12.9±5.1 vs. 11.7 ±4.7 ,P 〉0.05） ,while the treatment group exhibited significant improvement in both NIH - CPSI （ 13.3 ± 5.6 vs. 24.4 ± 5.2, P 〈 0.05 ） and IIEF - 5 scores （ 17.6± 6.3 vs. 10.4 ±3.5,P 〈 O. 05 ）. The total effectiveness rate for ED was significantly higher in the treatment than that in the control group （75.3% vs. 21.0% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsule can significantly alleviate both the symptoms in the treatment of type - III prostatitis - related erectile dysfunction.
