植物神经功能紊乱多汗症应用止汗散脐贴的临床观察及护理

[目的]探讨止汗散脐贴对植物神经功能紊乱多汗症的临床疗效及护理。[方法]将门诊194例植物神经功能紊乱多汗症患者随机分为两组,对照组82例基础护理及健康教育配合口服西药,实验组112例在基础护理及健康教育的基础上用止汗散穴位敷贴,5次为1疗程,共观察2个疗程。[结果]实验组总有效率为99.11%,显著高于对照组的82.93%。[结论]植物神经功能紊乱多汗症应用止汗散脐贴配合基础护理及健康教育取得良好的效果。其方法简单,疗效肯定,值得推广。

The Plant Nerve Function Disorder Hyperhidrosis Application Antiperspirant Powder Clinical Observation and Nursing of Umbilical Paste

[Objective]Investigate antiperspirant powder navel paste on the plant nerve function disorder.The clinical curative effect and nursing of.[Methods]194 cases outpatient vegetative nerve functional disturbance in hyperhidrosis patients were randomly divided into two groups,82 cases in the control group of basic nursing and health education combined with oral administration of Western medicine,the experimental group and 112 cases in the basic nursing and health education on the basis of antiperspirant powder acupoint application,5 times as a course of treatment,on 2 courses.[Results]The experimental group total effective rate was 99.11%,significantly higher than that of control group 82.93%.[Conclusion]The plant nerve function disorder hyperhidrosis application antiperspirant powder navel paste with basic nursing and health education to obtain good results.The method is simple,effective,worthy of promotion.
