| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌患者社区健康教育计划的实施和效果。方法将本组59例患者随机分为两组,实验组接受有计划、有针对性的健康教育,对照组实施随机教育。通过追踪观察、知识答卷及问卷调查,测定两组患者掌握健康知识的情况、医疗行为的依从性、满意度,观察教育效果。结果实验组患者对疾病知识、治疗知识及康复护理的掌握情况,完成系统化疗、功能锻炼、按时复查等医疗行为的依从性,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);心理卫生及饮食调养知识的掌握情况、对护理工作的满意度,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论有计划、有针对性地进行社区健康教育,能增加乳腺癌患者的健康知识,增强患者的治疗信心,提高其治疗的依从性及生命质量。 |
