| 摘 要： | 目的分析哈尔滨市2003—2007年世界银行贷款结核病控制项目实施的新发涂阳肺结核患者的发现及转归情况,以评价和考核哈尔滨市的结防工作。方法利用追踪观察法对哈尔滨市2003—2007年新发涂阳肺结核病人进行分析。结果哈尔滨市2003—2007年新登记肺结核病患者51680例,其中涂阳患者27618例,新发涂阳患者22249例。新发涂阳肺结核病患者治愈率5年分别为93.74、91.57、87.43、89.21和89.81,平均治愈率为90.47。结论哈尔滨市2003—2007年新登记涂阳肺结核病患者治愈率均达到了85.00的目标,据此认为,哈尔滨市肺结核病控制项目的战略目标是可以实现的。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the curative effect of newly registered smear positive cases with pulmonary tuberculosis in Harbin in 2003—2007,to assess and evaluate the tuberculosis,control in Harbin.METHODS Tracking observation were done in the smear positive cases with polmonay tuberculosis in 2003—2007.RESULTS 51 680 cases with active pulmonary tuberculosis were,newly registered in which 22 249 cases were smera positive,the curative rate of new smear positive cases were 93.74,91.57,87.43,89.21and89.81,90.47 on average.CONCLUSION All the curative rate of new smear positive cases were 85.00,the objective of the tuberculosis,control in Harbin can be done. |
