中药六味安消联合左氧氟沙星根除幽门螺杆菌疗效观察

摘    要:
目的观察中药六味安消联合左氧氟沙星方案根除Hp的疗效。方法选择Hp阳性慢性胃炎250例,随机分为A组128例和B组122例,A组口服埃索美拉唑20mg加左氧氟沙星200mg,2次/d,1周,六味安消胶囊2.0g,3次/d,2周。B组口服埃索美拉唑片20mg加阿莫西林分散片1g加克拉霉素500mg,2次/d,1周。疗程结束1个月后行14C尿素呼气验检测Hp。结果A组和B组HP根除率分别为84.2%和73.0%,差异有显著性(P〉0.05);A组和B组临床有效率分别为97.5%和94.8%,差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论六味安消联合左氧氟沙星疗法比传统标准三联疗法的Hp根除率高,且与传统三联临床疗效相当,可作为根除Hp的治疗方案之一。

The clinical observation for eradication of Helicobacter pylori with traditional medicine liuweianxiao and levofloxacin

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H pylori) with traditional medicine LiuWeiAnXiao and levofloxacin.Methods A total of 250 H pylori positive patients suffering from chronic gastritis were randomly allocated into two groups.Group A 128 patients received esomeprazole 20 mg + levofloxacin200 mg,twice daily for 1 wk,LiuWeiAnXiao 2 g,three times daily,for 2 wk.group B 122 patients received esomeprazole 20 mg + amoxicillin 1 g + clarithromycin 500 mg,twice daily for 1 wk. H pylori status was assessed 4 weeks after the end of treatment by 14C urea breath test.Results H prior eradication rates were 84.2% in group A and 73.0% in group B,respectively,and the difference was significant (P〈0.05).The total effective rates were 97.5% and 94.8% in two groups,respectively,and the difference was not significant (P〉0.05).Conclusion The therapy with LiuWeiAnXiao and levofloxacin has a higher H prior eradication rates than traditional trigeminy therapy,and a same clinic effective to traditional trigeminy therapy.it is a feasible H pylori eradication regimen.
