| Abstract: | The article illustrates that excellent managerial work can produce substantial benefits through rationally organizing daily work, inducting staff, and assigning tasks, and that to keep pace with the march of advanced u-nits, there is a need to adapt the skills of management to different and changing circumstances and needs of current work the managerial workers are supposed to do. |
