听障儿童助听器效果评估方法的一致性分析

目的对听障儿童的助听器效果评估方法进行一致性分析。方法为北京及广西400名听障儿童验配助听器，在验配后（初期）、助听器配戴1个月（中期）、助听器配戴3个月（末期）分3次进行多项助听器效果评估，分析各项评估方法之间的相互关系。结果各种评估方法随着助听器配戴的时段变化呈现出逐步增长的一致性趋势，各时段之间均有显著性差异。末期的各项测试结果两两之间存在正相关性，初期助听昕阈和Ling’s六音测试结果与末期家长、教师助听器问卷结果之间也相互呈正相关性，相关系数都处在低至中相关性之间。结论各项评估方法在助听器效果评价上是一致的，通过初期验配时的满意度可以预测将来实际应用的满意度，但各种评估方法之间存在差异，无法相互替代。

A consistency analysis of different outcome measures of hearing aids

Objective To make a consistency analysis on different outcome measures of hearing aids. Methods The different outcome measures of hearing aids were assessed in 400 hearing-impaired children from Beijing and Guangxi right after hearing aid fitting in Phase I, one month afterwards in Phase II, and three months later in Phase Ⅲ, respectively. The intra-test results among those different assessment methods were analyzed. Results The satisfaction of hearing aids was noted from a gradual increase over time as demonstrated by the results of different assessment methods. There were significant differences among different phases. And there were positive correlations among the results of different assessment methods at Phaselll. The results of aided hearing thresholds, Ling＇s six sound test at Phase I and those of the Teachers＇ /Parents＇ Evaluation of Aural/Oral Performance of Children Scale （PEACH/TEACH） at Phaselllalso showed low-to-medium positive correlations. Conclusion The results of different assessment methods were consistent with each other. The satisfaction at Phase lcould be used to predict the satisfaction of future application. However, each method can＇t be replaced by another because of the differences between them.
