冠心病介入治疗临床护理分析

目的 探讨临床冠心病介入治疗的护理方法.方法 回顾性分析我院于2008年1月至2009年12月收治的133例冠心病患者的临床资料.133例冠心病患者在介入治疗的同时加强心理护理、健康教育指导、饮食护理.结果 133例冠心病患者手术成功率达100%,所有患者原发病灶得到有效控制,通过有效的护理及安全管理提高了患者的生活能力和生活质量,明显减轻了并发症带来的不适与痛苦.结论 有效的护理干预及安全管理有助于冠心病患者的康复.

Clinical Care of Coronary Intervention

Objective To investigate the clinical care and coronary intervention.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2008 to December 2009 in our hospital had 133 patients with coronary heart disease data.The 133 cases of coronary heart disease had the intervention treatment of psychological care in while strengthening,health education,guidance,care and diet.Results The 133 patients with coronary heart disease was 100% successful operation,all patients with primary tumor has been effectively controlled to improve the capacity and life of patients quality of life,significantly reduces the complications of discomfort and pain.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention and safety management can help the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.
