干扰素病毒唑联合治疗慢性丙型肝炎疗效及干扰素抗体的影响

目的 :研究干扰素与病毒唑联合治疗慢性丙型肝炎疗效及干扰素抗体的影响。方法 :观察组 2 0例采用干扰素 α2b 3MvTiwIH +病毒唑 10 0 0mgQdpo连用 2 4周 ;对照组 3 2例采用干扰素 α2b 3MvTiwiH连用 2 4周。停药后观察 2 4周比较疗效并检测干扰抗体。结果 :观察组完全应答率为 5 0 % ,明显高于对照组 18.7% ;复发率为 2 5 .0 %低于对照组 5 6.3 % (P <0 .0 1)。无反应率均为 2 5 .0 %。且复发与干扰素抗体尤其是中和抗体有关。结论 :观察组疗效优于对照组 ,复发与干扰素抗体尤其是中和抗体有关。

Relationship between efficacy of IFN and Ribavirin to treat chronic hepatitis C and anti-IFN antibodies

Objective: In order to study the relationship between the efficacy of IFN and Ribaririn treating the patients With chronic hepatitis C and the anti IFN α2b, three times a week and Ribavirin 1000mg, one time a day,last 24 weeks;32 patients were only treated with IFN α2b antibodies.Methods:20 patients received 3MV IFN.These patients were all followed up 24 weeks after stopping treatment,meanwhile the anti-IFN antibodies were detected.Results: In first group,50% patients were complete response that was higher obviously than that in the second group;25% relapse dereloped in first group that was lower that in second group(P<0.01),No response were 25% in two groups.The relapse was related to the anti-IFN antibodies especially neutralizing antibodies.Conclusion: The efficacy of cotreatment with IFN-α2b and Ribavirin are superior to the treatment only with IFN-α2b;The relapse was related to anti-IFN antibodies, especially neutralizng antibodies.
