双“C”型臂X线机联合监视在椎体成形术中的应用效果

摘    要:
目的探讨双“C”型臂X线机联合监视在椎体成形术中的应用效果。方法回顾分析2013年9月至2017年9月在苏州市第九人民医院骨科接受椎体成形术治疗的113例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者的病历资料。根据治疗方式的不同分为双臂组(63例)和单臂组(50例)。双臂组采用双“C”臂X线机联合监视,单臂组采用单“C”臂X线机监视。记录两组患者的手术时间、曝光次数及手术并发症发生情况。结果单臂组手术时间和曝光次数分别为(43.27±4.73)min、(15.00±1.38)次,双臂组分别为(36.45±6.24)min、(11.13±2.33)次,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。单臂组骨水泥渗漏发生率为18.0%,双臂组为16.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将双“C”臂X线机联合监视应用于行椎体成形术治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者中,能缩短手术时间,减少放射线暴露,节约人力成本,降低手术风险。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical application of double C-arm X-ray machines combination monitoring in percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis of medical records of 113 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who underwent vertebroplasty in the Department of Orthopaedics,Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from September 2013 to September 2017 was performed.All patients were divided into double C-arm group(63 cases)and single C-arm group(50 cases)according to the different treatment methods.The double C-arm group was monitored by double C-arm X-ray machine,and the single C-arm group was monitored by single C-arm X-ray machine.The number of exposures,the time of operation and the incidence of operative complications were recorded in the 2 groups.Results The number of exposures was(15.00±1.38)times in the single C-arm group,and was(11.13±2.33)times in the double C-arm group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of operation was(43.27±4.73)min in the single C-arm group,and was(36.45±6.24)min in the double C-arm group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cement leakage was 18.0%in the single C-arm group,and was 16.8%in the double C-arm group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of the double C-arm X-ray machines combined monitoring for osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture patients who under percutaneous vertebroplasty can obtain shorter operation time,reduce radiation exposure,save manpower costs and reduce the risk of surgery.
