综合性护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的临床应用效果观察

目的:研究分析综合性护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的临床应用效果。方法:将96例黄疸患儿分成两组,其中常规组48例施行常规护理,研究组48例施行综合性护理干预。结果:研究组护理效果高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组退黄时间、24h排便次数、直接胆红素、总胆红素均优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理干预可显著降低黄疸患儿的胆红素水平,促使其黄疸症状早日消退,且不良反应少,护理效果突出,值得引起临床重视。

Clinical Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Neonatal Jaundice Nursing

Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice nursing. Methods: 96 children with jaundice were divided into two groups, 48 in the routine group and 48 in the study group. Results: The nursing effect of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05);the time of yellowing, the number of defecation in 24 hours, the direct bilirubin and the total bilirubin of the study group were all better than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the study group were less than those of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the bilirubin level of children with jaundice, promote the jaundice symptoms to subside as soon as possible, and have fewer adverse reactions, with outstanding nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical attention.
