离体大鼠肠道菌群对类叶升麻苷代谢的研究

摘    要:在离体培养的大鼠肠道菌群中加入类叶升麻苷进行厌氧孵育。采用HPLC监测类叶升麻苷在不同孵育时间点的变化,同时运用HPLC-Q-TOF-MS鉴定类叶升麻苷的代谢产物。结果表明离体的大鼠肠道菌群可以对类叶升麻苷进行代谢,代谢产物分别是3,4-二羟基苯乙醇、咖啡酸和3-(3'-羟苯基)丙酸。

Abstract:Acteoside was used for anaerobic incubation with rat intestinal flora in vitro. HPLC was used to detect the changes of acteoside at different incubation time points and HPLC-Q-TOF-MS was used to identify the metabolites of acteoside. The results showed that acteoside could be metabolized by rat intestinal flora in vitro and the metabolites were 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl acid, caffeic acid and 3-(3''-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid.
