| 摘 要： | 中药防治糖尿病已经被广泛认可,但使用中存在盲目性。根据主要活性成分的类别和作用机制,尝试将中药进行糖尿病适用类型的归类,提出基于活性成分的降血糖中药应用思路,有利于提高降血糖中药应用的科学性,以期对降血糖中药的临床应用及现代制剂研究提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | In the past several years, prevention and treatment of diabetes has become a hotspot in the research field, but there is blindness in the prevention and treatment of diabetes by Chinese materia medica (CMM). The research advances in anti-hyperglycaemic ingredients of CMM and their mechanism of action according to kinds of these compounds were summarized in this article. As the idea of application of CMM was proposed for the treatment of diabetes, the rationality of the application of CMM could be improved, the high activity of modern hypoglycemic CMM preparation could be developed. |
