偏瘫患者早期系统化康复护理程序及临床应用的研究

为探讨康复护理在临床早期应用的价值并使之成为常规，结合医院实际情况，针对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者制定了一整套早期系统化康复护理程序，并作了临床应用的对比研究。以常规护理作对照（ｎ ＝ ２４） ，实验组（ｎ＝ ２４） 采用早期系统化康复护理。分别观察患者入院、出院和发病后１ 个月 Ｈ Ａ Ｄ（ 医院焦虑抑郁） 和 Ｍ Ａ Ｓ（ 运动评定量表） 。结果表明，与对照组相比实验组患者出院和发病后１ 个月 Ｍ Ａ Ｓ评分显著提高（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ， Ａ（ 焦虑测定）与 Ｄ（ 抑郁测定） 有反应者明显减少（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，无表现者显著增加（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。因此，认为有针对性地采用早期系统化康复护理，均在原有基础上有显著提高，使患者的心理状态及运动机能得到最大可能的恢复。

Early Rehabilitation-Nursing Program and Clinic Appllcation for Hemiplegic Patients

Objective:To assess te efficacy of Early rehabilitation-nursing program (ERNP) for hemiplegic patients suffering acute cerebral infarction.Patients and Methods:Forty-eight hemiplegic suffering acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into two groups:control group,n=24,treated with normal nursing;experimental group,n=24,treated with ERNP HAD(the Hospital Anxious and Depression) and NAS(the Motor Assessment Scale) were observed at the admitted,discharge,and one month following hemiplegia.Results;Compared with control group,there are significant increase on MASR scores (P<0.01),decrease on A and D (P<0.01) in experimental Group.Conclusion:our results sugessted that ERNP might promotes psychogenic and motorial rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients suffering acute cerebral infarction.
