实时三维超声在产前胎儿畸形诊断中的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的 研究实时三维超声在产前胎儿畸形诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 选择2012年3月至2014年3月我院接诊的2400例孕妇进行调查研究,分别采用二维超声和实时三维超声对产妇进行产前胎检,记录两种筛查方法的诊断结果。并对产妇进行调查随访,从而判断两种方法的诊断的正确率。结果 在对孕产妇进行产前胎儿畸形的筛查过程中,调查发现2400例孕妇,共分娩2412例胎儿,其中单胎2388例,双胎12例。根据随访调查结果,证实胎儿中共有畸形部位130处,并与产前的二维和实时三维超声对胎儿的筛查结果进行比较分析。在产前诊断中,分别采用二维超声和实时三维超声对两组患者进行检查分析,检查显示实时三维超声对体表畸形的诊断的正确率(90.0%)明显高于二维超声的诊断正确率(72.5%),两种方法诊断正确率的比较有统计学意义(Х^2=8.0410,P=0.0046)。结论 实时三维超声在产前胎儿畸形诊断中的临床应用价值较高,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To analysis of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods 2400 cases pregnant women from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital admissions were research, and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound were used for them for prenatal maternal fetal examination, recording two kinds of diagnostic results of screening methods . And the correct diagnosis of the two approaches were studied. Results After the maternal prenatal screening for fetal malformations process, the survey found 2400 cases of pregnant women, a total of 2412 cases of childbirth fetus, fetal 2388 cases in which a single, twin 12 cases. According to follow-up survey results confirmed fetal deformity, 130 in total,And with the two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal outcome were analyzed. In prenatal diagnosis, were used two-dimensional ultrasound and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound examination of two groups of patients were analyzed, real-time three-dimensional ultrasound examination showed that surface malformation on the correct rate ( 90. 0%) was significantly higher than the two-dimensional ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate (72. 5%), the diagnostic accuracy of both methods was statistically significant(Х^2 = 8. 0410, P = 0. 0046). Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations has higher value, worthy of clinical application.
