生大黄辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效研究

目的 探讨生大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 重症急性胰腺炎患者63例,随机分成两组,对照组31例患者采取常规治疗方案,治疗组32例患者在常规治疗方案的基础上给予生大黄浸泡液鼻饲、灌肠治疗。观察两组患者腹痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间、死亡率。对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗组腹痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间、死亡率均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 生大黄治疗重症胰腺炎疗效显著,能减少住院时间,降低了住院费用,降低死亡率。

Effect of Rhubarb in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of rhubarb treated severe acute pancreatitis（ SAP） . Methods 63 cases of SAP patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group with 31 cases and the treatment group with 32 cases. Patients of control group were given regular treatment. Patients of of treatment group were treated with liquid nasal feed dipped in SAT and enema on the basis of regular treatment. The time of abdominal pain disappearance,abdominal distension disappearance,bowl sound return, defecation and of hospitalization, and the rate of death were observed, the results of which were statistically analyzed. Results The abdominal pain disappearance time, abdominal distension disappearance time, bowl sound return time, defecation time and hospitalization time, and the rate of death in the treatment group were shorter and less than that of the control group,the difference were significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Rhubarb treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）could cut down the time and cost of hospitalization,brought down the death rate.
