脉冲Nd:YAG激光一次性根管治疗残髓炎的临床疗效评价

目的 分析脉冲Nd:YAG激光一次性根管治疗残髓炎的临床疗效。方法 58例残髓炎的患者,实验组38例和对照组20例。实验组采用Nd:YAG激光辅助进行一次性根管治疗术,对照组采用常规一次性根管治疗术,比较两种方法 1周后的术后反应及1年后的远期疗效。结果 使用脉冲Nd:YAG激光进行一次性根管充填治疗,术后1周反应较常规治疗方法 轻,1年后的远期疗效激光治疗组优于常规治疗组。结论 脉冲Nd:YAG激光是一次性根管治疗残髓炎的有效辅助手段,并且使用简单,操作灵活,安全可靠效果更佳。?

Clinical application and evaluation of pulsed Nd:YAG laser in one-visit root canal treatment of residual pulpitis

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of pulsed Nd：YAG aser in one-visit root canal treatment of residual Pulpitis.Methods 58 residual pulpitis cases were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group were treated by traditional one-visit root canal therapy,while the experimental group were treated with Nd：YAG laser in the therapy.We compared the reaction of the two groups one week later and the result one year later,and statistics analysis was conducted.Results The reaction of the experimental group was less serious than that of the control group,and the long term result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions Pulsed Nd：YAG laser is an active and adjunctive therapy for residual pulpitis.The Nd：YAG laser is simple to use and the long term result is reliable.
