| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰-硬联合麻醉对于老年患者麻醉的安全性和可行性。方法将48例在我院行手术治疗的老年患者随机分为腰-硬膜外联合麻醉(CSEA)组和连续硬膜外麻醉(CEA)组,每组24例。比较2组患者麻醉效果和副作用。结果 CSEA组麻醉起效时间、阻滞完善时间均显著短于CEA组(P<0.05),硬膜外用药量亦显著低于CEA组(P<0.05)。2组术后均无明显副作用发生。结论老年患者应用腰-硬膜外联合麻醉是一种效果好且可行的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the safe and feasibility of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elder patients.Methods 48 elder patients who received operation treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into combined spinal epidural anesthesia(CSEA) group and continuous epidural anesthesia(CEA) group,24 cases in each group.The anesthetic effect and side effect of two groups were compared.Results The anesthesia onset time and block perfect time in CSEA group were significantly shorter than CEA group(P<0.05),the epidural drug consumption of CSEA group was significantly less than CEA group(P<0.05).There were no obvious side effects in both groups.Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia is an effective and feasible anesthesia method in elder patients. |
