| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨miR-363在肾癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法:在大规模平行测序基础上,应用实时荧光定量PCR检测51例肾癌及其癌旁组织样本中miR-363的表达水平,并应用RT-PCR检测进行验证,分析miR-363的表达水平与肾癌患者的临床病理特征之间的关系.结果:与相应的癌旁组织比较,肾癌组织中miR-363的表达水平明显下调,平均下调约11.49％,且miR-363的表达水平与患者的年龄、病理分型及TNM分期有关(P＜0.05).结论:miR-363可能与肾癌的进展有密切关系,进行miR-363表达意义的研究可能对肾癌早期诊断及治疗具有潜在的临床意义. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of miR-363 in human renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methords:On the basis of large-scale parallel sequencing,the expression levels of miR-363 in renal cell carcinoma tissues and their corresponding para-cancerous tissues from 51 patients were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative-PCR(RFQ-PCR) and verified by RT-PCR.The relationship between the expression level of miR-363 and the clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results:The expression level of miR-363 in renal cell carcinoma tissues was decreased by 11.49% as compared with that in their corresponding para-cancerous tissues.The expression level of miR-363 was related with the age,pathologic type and TNM stage of patients with renal cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of miR-363 may be related with the progression of renal cell carcinoma.The research of the miR-363 expression presents a potential significance in the early diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma. |
