超声引导下经皮穿刺活检诊断纵隔肿瘤

目的探讨超声引导下应用自动活检装置经皮纵隔肿瘤穿刺的安全性和组织诊断学的准确性。方法在超声引导下使用16G或18G活检针内槽式穿刺自动活检装置，对36例纵隔肿瘤行102次穿刺获取病理组织。结果穿刺获取病变组织成功率为100％，病理结合免疫组化确诊34例，确诊率为94．4％（34／36），无一例并发症。结论超声引导下应用自动活检装置经皮纵隔穿刺获取病理组织安全、经济、病人易接受且结果可靠，是临床确诊纵隔肿瘤的好方法。

Application of ultrasound guided biopsy in the diagnosis of mediastinai tumors

Objective To assess the safety of ukrasound guided automatic biopsy of mediastinal tumors, and the accuracy of histopathological diagnosis. Methods One hundred and two consecutive biopsies were performed in 36 patients suffered from mediastinal tumors by using a 16 or 18 guage core needle with automatic biopsy device under the guidance of ultrasound. Results The procedure of puncture was successful in all patients. The histological diagnosis was made in 34 cases with a positive rate of 94.4% （34/36）. No complication was happened. Conclusion The ultrasound-guided percutaneous automatic needle biopsy is a safe, economic, acceptable and reliable method for the histological diagnosis of mediatinal tumors.
