| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿大面积烧伤并发症的预防方法及治疗措施。方法对1990年1月至2008年1月间收治的新生儿大面积烧伤病例进行回顾性研究分析，统计56例新生儿烧伤后早期出现的并发症和晚期出现的并发症的种类及出现时间。结果18年间共收治新生儿烧伤219例，出现并发症的病例有56例。其中出现早期并发症休克的有56例，急性肾功能衰竭的32例、SIRS的18例，核黄疸的有21例。其中出现出现晚期并发症消化道出血的20例，毒血症、败血症15例，MODS14例。治愈56例，死亡0例。结论在新生儿大面积烧伤后，积极建立持久的静脉通道，及时纠正休克，预防急性肾功能衰竭、SIRS，对预后有明显的改善。新生儿烧伤晚期应注意保护肝和消化道功能，积极防治MODS，才能降低病死率，提高治愈率。 |
