摘    要:目的:了解颈曲与椎--基底动脉在颈椎病病理过程和康复过程中的相关关系。方法:分有颈曲异常的颈椎病组(观察1组)、无颈曲异常的颈椎病组(观察2组)和健康组(对照组),每组30例。观察组施行手法治疗。观察对比观察组治疗前后与对照组的颈曲值和左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)的血流速度,并统计它们的相关系数。结果:观察1组的颈曲和LVA、RVA、BA的血流速度普遍低于对照组和观察2组,治疗后,颈曲改善,血流速度明显提高,观察1组的椎--基底动脉的血流速度与颈曲呈相关性。结论:颈曲对椎--基底动脉有内在的致病作用。手法可以恢复颈曲形状,促进椎--基底动脉血流速度恢复正常。

Abstract:Objective:To analyse the correlativity of cervical curvature and vertebral artery and basilar artery in cervical spondylosis.Methods:Three different groups were established for study,namely cervical spondylosis group with abnormal curvature(SAG),cervical spondylosis group with normal curvature(SNG),and normal control group(NCG).Each group obtained 30 cases respectively.Value of cervical curvature and velocity of left and right vertebral artery (LVA,RVA) and basilar artery (BA) were measured.After manipulation of the patients with cervical spondylosis,above-mentioned data were remeasured and compared.Correlation coefficient based on data was counted.Results:The cervical curvature and velocity of LVA,RVA and BA in SAG were less and slower than other group;it all got improved after manipulation.It has comparative correlation in cervical curvature and velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in SAG. Conclusion:Cervical curvature has potential pathopoiesis effect to vertebral artery and basilar artery.Manipulation could restore the shape of cervical curvature,and make the velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery recovery.
