种植体与天然牙在上颌骨复合体中应力的三维有限元分析

摘    要:目的 比较种植体与天然牙在上颌骨复合体中,垂直和水平载荷下的应力分布。方法 采用三维有限元法。结果 种植体与天然牙上颌骨复合体相同牙位、相同载荷下应力分布趋势相同,力的大小比较接近,垂直载荷下种植体周围应力大于天然牙。结论 骨结合种植体虽然没有牙周膜的缓冲但其与骨连成整体,可有效地传递应力,骨结合种植体在上颌骨种植具有力学可行性。

Abstract:Objective To compare the stress distribution of implant and nature teeth in maxillary complex. Methods Three-dimensional finite element analysis method was used. Results When the natural teeth and the implant in the same site in maxillary complex were loaded samely, they had same stress distribution. The intensities of stresses were similar. The stress of implant in vertical loading in maxillary complex was slightly bigger than that of nature teeth in maxillary complex. Conclusion Although implant without periodontal membrane and buffering function but closely connecting with maxillary complex, was able to transmit stress effectively. Implantation of teeth in maxillary complex had mechanical avial-ability.
