七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中的比较应用

目的:探讨七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的安全性.方法:将腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的89例患者麻醉随机分为:靶控输注组(T组,n=44)和七氟醚(R组,n=45)两组.记录两组诱导前(T0)、置喉罩时(T1)、置喉罩后5 min(T2)、气腹后15 min(T3)、拔管时(T4) MAP、HR、SpO2.记录诱导时间、拔管时间和清醒时间.观察不良反应.结果:R组除诱导时间为(208.6±19.8)s较T组长,其停药后至拔管时间(233.6±26.6)s、清醒时间(265.7±24.1)s均较T组短,P＜0.05,有统计学差异.术中R组血流动力学稳定,不良反应少,与T组比较,P＜0.05.结论:七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中安全、有效,苏醒快,加快了临床周转.

Effects of sevoflurane on inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation comparison application

Objectives:To study sevoflurane with inhalation anesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation safety.Methods:89 patients with laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into: anesthesia target controlled infusion group(group T,n=44) and sevoflurane(group R,n=45).In two groups were recorded before induction(T0),the laryngeal mask(T1),the laryngeal mask airway after 5 min(T2),pneumoperitoneum after 15 min(T3),Extubation(T4) MAP,HR,SpO2.Record the induction time,extubation time and time.Observation of adverse reaction.Results:R group except the induction time for(208.6±19.8) s compared with T group,the after stopping to extubation time(233.6±26.6) s,awake time(265.7±24.1) s were shorter than that of group T,P<0.05,with statistical difference.Intraoperative group R blood flow,stability,fewer adverse reactions,compared with T group,P<0.05.Conclusions:Effects of sevoflurane on inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation safe,effective,quick recovery,accelerate the clinical turnover.
