局部中药膏加放射治疗肺癌骨转移疼痛38例临床观察

目的　观察局部中药膏加放射疗法治疗肺癌骨转移疼痛的疗效。方法　将 76例患者 ,随机分为中药膏加放射治疗 38例作为观察组 ,单纯放射治疗 38例作为对照组。结果　治疗组有效率为 81.5% ,对照组有效率为 6 3.1% ,(P <0 .0 5) ,有显著性差异。结论　中药外用经皮吸收 ,就近作用于骨转移瘤局部 ,较口服提高了疗效 ;放疗通过γ射线杀死癌细胞 ,从而止痛。二者结合使肿瘤局部血流丰富 ,提高了放射敏感性。观察组比单放组近期和远期疗效均明显提高。

Clinical Observation of 38 Cases of Lumg Cancer Bone Metastasis Treated with Local Chinese Medicine Electuary and Radiation

Objective To observe the effect of radiation with local Chinese medicine electuary in treatment of lung cancer bone metastaeis.Methods There were 76 patients with lung cancer bone matastasis who were divided into two groups, the therapeutic group and the control group (radiation only).Results The effective rate of the therapeutic group was 81.5% and the control group 63.1%.There was obvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of lung cancer bone matastasis treated with radiation and local Chinese medicine electuary is better than that of the single radiation.
