利多卡因、安定预防人工流产反应80例

目的　减轻人工流产时孕妇的疼痛 ,消除紧张情绪 ,预防术后并发症的发生。方法　设实验组 (术前用药 )与对照组 (术前不用任何药物 )。结果　实验组受术者术中疼痛明显轻于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,实验组无一例发生人工流产综合征 ,吸宫不全发生率明显低于对照组。结论　方法简便、安全 ,能有效的减轻受术者的痛苦 ,预防术后并发症的发生。

Analysis of Ladocaine and Diazepam Preventing Artificial Abortion

Objective To relieve the pain of artificial abortion, remove the intense emotion and prevent the postoperativecomplications.Methods The experimental group which drugs were given preoperatively was compared with the control group without given any drug preoperatively.Results The pain in the course of operation of the former was much lighter than that of the latter (P<0.05),no artificial abortion syndrome happened to the former,the incidence of incomplete uterine aspiration was much lower than that of the latter.Conclusion The method is simple and safe, can effectively relieve the pain of the patients,and prevent the postoperative complications.
