| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍溶栓疗法对老年急性心肌梗塞(AMI)疗效和护理措施。方法老年急性心肌梗塞患入院后常规给尿激酶溶栓，同时给予溶栓护理。结果102例老年AMI患有效82例，有效率80％。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗老年性急性心肌梗塞和实施溶栓护理疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the effect of thrombolytic therapy to treat senile acute heart infarcticn and the fine nursing measures. Methods Urokinase was given to the patients with senile acute heart infarcticn,as well as thrombolytic nursing. Results The response rate was 80%. Conclusion The thrombolytic of urokinase to treat senile acute heart infarction and offerring thrombolytic nursing measures are positive. |
