应用抗恶性肿瘤化学药物的护理

目的　探讨恶性肿瘤病人在化疗期间的护理。方法　加强病人的心理护理、饮食护理、常见化疗药物毒性反应的护理、口腔护理及肝功能损害的护理等 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果　每个疗程的治疗完成率 ,治疗组均高于对照组 ;完成第二、三个疗程的比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。结论　化疗期间应认真进行心理护理 ;加强营养支持 ,增强机体免疫力 ;针对化疗药物毒性反应采用不同护理措施。

Nursing Care of Patients with Malignant Tumour Treated by Chemical Drugs

Objective To study the nursing care of patients with malignant tumour during the course of chemotherapy.Methods To strengthen the nursing care of patents' pshychology,diet,the common toxic reaction of chemical drugs,oral cavity and the damage on liver function.The gained statistics were tested by X 2.Results The complete rate of every course of the therapeutic group was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference after the second and the third course(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing care during the therapy can reduce the reaction of chemotherapy. Nursng care of the patients with maliganat tumour should be strengthened during the course of chrmotherapy.
