胃的螺旋CT检查及其对胃癌诊断的评价

目的 研究胃的螺旋CT检查方法及其对胃癌诊断的价值。方法采用饮水螺旋CT扫描方法与经病理证实的．25例胃癌进行回顾性分析。结果该方法能清晰显示解剖结构及邻近器管的毗邻关系。诊断为胃癌的所有病例胃壁均增厚,显示有肿块20例,有肝转移3例,有淋巴结转移8例。结论螺旋CT能清晰显示胃解剖和病变的位置、大小、形态、分型及肿瘤扩散范围,对临床治疗方法的选择有很大帮助。

CT of the Stomach and the Value in the Diagnosis of Stomach Carcinoma

Objective To study the value of the spiral CT(SCT) in the diagnosis of stomach carcinoma. Methods 25 cases of stomach carcinoma in the new scanning technique proved by pathology diagnosis were retrospectively analysed.Results The new methods could display clearly anatomic structure of stomach and the relationship with adjacent organs.The thickness of the stomach walls of all cases that had been diagnosed as stomach carcinoma had increased. Conclusion SCT could clearly display the site, size, shape, type and extension of stomach carcinoma, which is helpful to select the clinical therapy method.
